We are in compliance with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), and we complete and receive annual inspections and certifications in the following areas:
- HACCP
- HARPC
- Food Defense Plan
We receive regular audits from the following organizations:
- FDA
- USDA
- IL Department of Public Health
- IL Department of Agriculture
Finally, we received an excellent rating by the ASI 3rd party audit. Kohl Wholesale is proud to share our initiatives to maintain safety and excellence in all of our facilities.
