The National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe Program is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Conference for Food Protection (CFP). The ServSafe Manager Certification meets the requirements of the Illinois Department of Public Health, previously known as the Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification (FSSMC).
